Burrell Colour Imaging’s Return & Refund Policy

All returns and exchanges must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Other restrictions may apply.

Refunds: Refunds on purchases from the Burrell Colour Imaging storefront will be issued in the form of a credit to your original credit card.

Tax: The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.

Clearance Item Refunds: Every now and then Burrell Colour Imaging may offer discounts on inventory clearance items. Any refund on clearance items will be refunded at the discounted price of the item. In some cases clearance items may be sold that may be sold “as is” with no refunds available. Be sure to carefully read the description of each item you are purchasing. Certain restrictions may apply.

Returns: If something is wrong with your order, we certainly want to help you. Please read the information found below in the ‘Returns’ section for more information on how to proceed.

Do you need to cancel or change an order that has not yet entered the shipping process? Please contact Burrell Customer Care immediately at (800) 348-8732 to discuss your order.

Did you receive a damaged or defective item? Coming Soon.

Are you missing an item? Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment to see if the item was included in the original package or if it will arrive separately. If the packing slip indicates the item was shipped but you find that it is not included in the package please call Burrell Customer Care immediately at (800) 348-8732, Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time.

Did you receive the wrong item? If the item you received is not the item ordered please contact Burrell Customer Care immediately at (800) 348-8732, Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
